Sending orders abroad - by Lithuanian Post. All shipments abroad are sent by registered mail with a tracking number. All shipment details will be visible in the customer's account.

DPD courier will deliver the parcel to your home, office or any other address of your choice. Pick up the shipment with the ordered goods at a convenient time at the DPD Pickup delivery point or terminal of your choice.
The courier will deliver the goods to you within 1-3 working days in the territory of Lithuania Shipments to DPD Pickup delivery points and terminals are delivered within 1-5 business days
Choose the time interval for delivery of goods in major Lithuanian cities: 8:00 -14: 00, 14:00 -18: 00, 18:00 -22: 00 workdays. In other parts of Lithuania, goods are delivered on working days from 8.00 to 16.00. DPD Pickup parcels are open 24 hours a day. 7 days per week. Opening hours for different DPD Pickup shipments may vary, so we recommend that you check before proceeding to pick up your shipment.
You will be informed about the estimated delivery time of the shipment by SMS or e-mail. by mail. When your shipment is delivered to the DPD Pickup delivery point or terminal, you will be notified via SMS and / or e-mail. by mail.
- You can pick up the goods from the DPD Pickup delivery point or terminal within 7 calendar days. If the ordered goods are not picked up within this period, they will be returned to the seller.
Upon delivery of the goods, you will be required to present proof of identity upon request by the courier. When collecting a shipment at the DPD Pickup delivery point, you will need to enter the PIN code received via SMS or show an identity document. When picking up a shipment at the DPD Pickup parcel terminal, you will need to enter the PIN codes received via SMS.

If you notice a violation of the packaging when receiving the parcel, immediately notify the courier who delivered the parcel and write a report on the violation of the packaging. Upon receipt of the ordered goods and signing of the shipment document without comments, the shipment is considered to have been delivered in order. If you notice damage to the packaging when you pick up the shipment:
  • write down the packaging damage report with the Pickup shipment point employee.
  • Contact customer service on 8 5 210 67 77 (if you pick up the shipment from the DPD Pickup shipment terminal).
